Tonga volcano, shock waves and tide levels

The eruption of a volcano on the Pacific island of Tonga, besides having created a tsunami, has also generated a shock wave that was felt around the globe. One of its consequences was the variation on the sea level. The tide station that was supplied by Amberjack Solutions to Instituto Hidrográfico, (Portuguese Marine Authority) has detected those variations as its demonstrated in the graph above.
