Traffic Counter

Ambervision is, at its core, a motion tracking and object detection software. That allows to count and classify traffic.
Motion tracking is used to reduce the load on the datalogger, since that algorithm is lighter performance wise, essentially it tracks the moving pixels by subtracting the background.
The object detection is done using artificial intelligence algorithms. The algorithm does not retain licence plates by design, all it does is count the vehicles, classify, and send that information to the ambercloud.
