This consulting was carried out in São Tomé and Príncipe as part of a project of the World Bank for the adaptation to climate changes. The main purpose of this service was to determine the specific spots to deploy two meteo-oceanographic stations that can characterize the offshore and the onshore conditions. The second purpose was to describe the technical specifications of the equipments that shall be part of those stations.
