Logger to digitally read from RADAR sensors

Development of a new version of loggers that digitally read from VegaPULS RADAR sensors by use of the HART protocol.
In previous versions, the loggers recorded the analogical readings of these sensors thus having an associated error. This error depended on the selected range defined in the sensor.
In this new version, the logger records the digital readings of the sensor, drastically reducing the error to only the internal error of the sensor itself.
