Station for counting pedestrians or cyclists

Ambercounter stations are designed to count pedestrians in trails or cyclists in bike lanes in a reliable and discreet way.

The system is able to distinguish the direction of the movement thus counting each direction separately.

Each station has a printed circuit board with a micro controller and a modem on-board, a solar panel, a battery and a PIR sensor. A set of DIP-switches allows the user to configure parameters such as communication (SMS or HTTP), number of sensors or sampling rate used.

Ultra low power consumption. 12V power supply. PIR sensor. SMS/HTTP communications. Solar or lithium batteries powered. Stainless steel structure.
